The sums on /bill-analyser run in your browser. If you upload a PDF bill, the file is read on your device and is never uploaded or stored by Habo. Your supplier, rates and usage are not sent to us when you press "Analyse my bill".
If you choose the optional Octopus usage step, only the account number and API key are sent, once, to our Cloudflare Pages Function so it can fetch half-hourly consumption from Octopus on your behalf. The Function does not store the key or the readings. The summary that comes back stays in your browser for that session. To revoke or regenerate a key, use the API access page in your Octopus dashboard.
If you choose "Send quote request", we store:
The consent box says your details and results will be shared with up to 3 local installers, who may contact you about a battery quote. We do that so an installer can reply. We do not promise that a set number of installers will reply, and sending the form does not mean installers are already lined up for your postcode.
The request is stored in our database. We may also email a short copy to hello@haboenergy.co.uk. We do not sell the list.
We keep the request so we can pass it on and deal with any follow-up. Ask us to delete it by emailing hello@haboenergy.co.uk.
The install waitlist and the email updates form collect an email address, and the waitlist also collects a postcode. Those forms are separate from the quote request.
Pages load Google Analytics when it is enabled in the site config. That is separate from the quote form.
